Our introductory program allows us to teach you the movements properly, help you with mobility or injury issues, and make you feel at home in our gym. We start with a FREE introductory workout that will give you a taste of CrossFit and start to teach you to move your body properly. This introductory workout is a one time FREE workout for those interested in joining Xtra Mile.
